Power Cuts Planned Again

Phnom Penh: Electricite du Cambodge is conducting power cuts once again in Phnom Penh, Kandal and Kampong Speu between Friday and Sunday. It says the cuts are in place to facilitate repairs, as well as to move power lines for road construction.
The schedule is as follows:
